Ashok Pathak

Ashok Pathak currently serves as the Divisional Head of HR/IR at Apollo Tyres Ltd, a position held since March 2023. Prior experience includes the role of Assistant General Manager at Suzuki Motor Gujarat Private Limited from March 2017 to February 2023, and Senior Manager of Employee Relations at Ewac Alloys Limited from March 2016 to February 2017. Ashok has also held managerial positions overseeing HR, industrial relations, and administrative functions at Safari Industries India Ltd and Siyaram Silk Mills Ltd, and has experience in HR roles at Enercon India Ltd, Adani Ports and SEZ, and Dharnendra Industries. Academic qualifications consist of a Master's in HRM from Pondicherry University and a PG Diploma in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from Bhavans College, complemented by a Bachelor of Commerce from Gujarat University.
