Fay Sien Goon

Fay Sien Goon is Chief Financial Officer for AppFolio, leading financial strategy and operations.

Fay Sien joined AppFolio in 2021, bringing to her role nearly 20 years of financial and accounting expertise and a proven track record of scaling and leading in high-growth SaaS environments.

Previously, she spent nine years at ServiceNow culminating in her role as Chief Accounting Officer, where she led, scaled, and transformed the accounting and finance operations function during a period of growth from $250 million to over $6 billion in revenue. Prior to ServiceNow, Fay Sien spent 11 years at Ernst & Young where she led external audits of large and pre-IPO technology companies.

Fay Sien serves on the board of directors of Coveo, a cloud provider of AI-based search technologies, and MidPen Housing, a non-profit affordable housing organization.

She is a certified public accountant and holds a Master in Accountancy from the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa.
