Anthony Moshirnia serves as the Senior Director of Global Ethics & Compliance at Applied Materials since December 2021, following a role as Director of Compliance Investigations. Prior to this, Anthony was Senior Legal Counsel for Ethics & Compliance at NI, where responsibilities included leading global ethics initiatives. Anthony's legal career includes twelve years at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP as Counsel, recognized four times by Super Lawyer’s magazine as a White Collar Defense “Rising Star,” with a focus on internal investigations and risk management. Earlier experience includes serving as an Account Manager at Donat/Wald Company, where development teams were remotely managed for website and marketing projects. Anthony holds a JD from Boston University School of Law and a BA in English from UCLA.
