Colleen Bin

As Head of People Operations, Colleen Bin focuses on making sure team members are happy and productive. In addition to her responsibilities in training and career development, she is constantly looking out for wonderfully talented people to become part of the Apply Digital team.

In her role, she gets to see, first-hand, how smart minds solve complex problems to create digital products that make a difference. Colleen loves the energy, focus, and camaraderie amongst team members — her priority is to maintain an environment that continually fosters creativity, diversity, and innovation.

Colleen brings 15 years of HR experience working at Blast Radius and Cactus Restaurants Ltd.

When she’s not on her favorite Pokemon GO app, Colleen is striving to complete her half-finished novel.
