Joshua Welch

Joshua Welch is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in product strategy and development within the benefits administration sector. Currently serving as Chief Product Officer at Aptia Group since April 2025, Joshua leads the vision and execution of innovative benefits solutions. Previously, Joshua was Executive Vice President of Product at Alight Solutions, overseeing product strategy across health, 401k, and wellness solutions. Earlier roles include Sr. Director of Health Product Strategy & Solutions and Implementation Group Leader at Aon Hewitt, where Joshua contributed to growth in the midmarket benefits division. Joshua's career began at Hewitt Associates, where responsibilities included benefits outsourcing and sales solution development. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Florida, earned in 1996.
