Leia Gertz

Leia Gertz is an accomplished advocacy professional with a strong background in federal and legislative coordination. Currently serving as the Federal Advocacy Coordinator at the American Academy of Pediatrics since August 2022, Leia previously held the role of Advocacy Coordinator at Autism Speaks from May 2021 to August 2022. Prior experience includes positions as Development Associate at the International Baccalaureate and Development Assistant at The Ohio State University's Office of Student Life. Additionally, Leia gained legislative experience as a Legislative Intern for Member of Parliament Christine Moore and served as an Administrative Assistant at Goldman & Rosen Ltd. Leia earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Diplomacy from The Ohio State University in 2019.
