Yonni Harif is the VP of Strategic Sales at [Aquant](/org/aquant). Yonni has over 8 years of sales experience in the tech industry. Yonni began their career at IBM in 2012 as an Enterprise Mobility and Cloud Executive. At [Sapiens](/org/sapiens), Ofir was responsible for managing large-scale international projects from sales to production. Ofir was the primary liaison between customers and multiple internal groups, reporting directly to top management. In addition to managing the project budget, quality, risks, and changes, Ofir also coordinated efforts between various functional departments, such as BI, Managed Services, Migration, and Integrations. 

Ofir won the "Employee of the Year" award in 2014 while working as a Project Management Officer at IDIT. At IDIT, Ofir developed and established standards, processes, KPIs, and frameworks that supported effective Project Management practices across various teams. Ofir managed and planned projects with MS-Projects Server tools, monitoring processes and procedures. In addition to proactive identification of risks and issues on programs, Ofir was also responsible for scope, financials, milestones, resource forecasting, and change management.

Uri Polishook is the current General Manager of Tel Aviv at [Aquant](/org/aquant). Prior to this, they were the Director of Product Management at ClickSoftware from 2007 to 2016. In this role, they were responsible for ClickSoftware's Smart product line, which is a work force management SaaS platform that includes a web management application and native mobile apps.
