Bo Karmark

Bo Karmark is the current Chief Financial Officer at Aquaporin. Bo has held this position since October of 2015 and will continue to do so until May of 2022. Prior to their time at Aquaporin, Bo Karmark was with Aquaporin A/S from May of 2018 to May of 2022 as a Board Member. Bo was also with Aquaporin US Inc. from January of 2017 to May of 2022 as a Board Member. Bo's previous position was with Golgi ApS from March of 2016 to March of 2018 as Vice Chairman of the Board. Bo Karmark has had a long and successful career in financial roles and has been instrumental in the growth and development of many companies.

Bo Karmark has a Master in Business Administration and Audit from Copenhagen Business School, as well as a Diploma in Economics from the same school. Bo also attended high school. Currently, they are on the Board of Directors for the Institute for Corporate Governance.

Their manager is Peter Holme Jensen, CEO & Co-Founder. They are on a team with Jørgen Fasting - Finance Manager, Esben Gad - Vice President, Business Development, and Katrine Hall-Andersen - Head of Business Support.
