Megan West, LPTA, CPT, is an experienced Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and Health and Fitness Specialist currently working with Plethy since March 2023 and as an Independent Contractor at TIBS for Kids since November 2021. With a background in creating tailored exercise programs and coordinating health and wellness initiatives at Aquila | On-Site Health & Fitness Management, Megan has also contributed as a substitute teacher for Spotsylvania County Public Schools and gained valuable experience as a Physical Therapy Intern at Inova Health System. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from Northern Virginia Community College and a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science from James Madison University. Megan's diverse experience integrates physical therapy, personal training, and health promotion.
