Ghannam Al Mazrouei

Mr. Ghannam Al Mazrouei has been a Board Member of Arabtec Holding PJSC and Chairman of the Audit Committee since June 2016. Mr. Al Mazrouei is the Director of Human Capital & Administration at Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) since September 2016. His previous positions include Senior Vice President of the Support Service Function of Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore Petroleum Operations Ltd (ADCO), where he was also previously Chief Financial Officer, Manager of the Group Financing Department at ADNOC and Head of CSD Registry Services at Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX). Mr. Al Mazrouei is the Chairman of the Audit Committee of Al Dhafra Petroleum Operation (Al Dhafra) and a Board Member of Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX). Mr. Al Mazrouei holds a Master of Science in Financial Economics from Boston University, USA, and a Bachelor of Business Administration and Finance from the University of Suffolk in Boston, USA.
