Nathan Hughes has extensive experience in operations and commissioning within the oil and gas industry, having held multiple key positions at Aramco since December 2014 as IGCC Operations Commissioning Foreman. Responsibilities have included overseeing the final commissioning of gasification units, optimizing reliability, managing transitions between Aramco and JIGPC, and mentoring young operators while fostering a strong safety culture. With prior experience at Murphy Oil and Acanthus-Holden Architects, Nathan has demonstrated expertise in managing complex process operations and leading teams. Education includes several years at Pembrokeshire College Of Further Education, contributing to a solid foundation in technical knowledge and operational procedures.
