Candice L. has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Director of Operations and Director of Claims at Arbella Insurance Group since September 2021. Prior to this, Candice held various roles at Auto-Owners Insurance from February 2007 to September 2021, including Regional Manager and Claims Manager, specializing in personal and commercial property and auto claims. Candice's foundational experience includes roles as a Field Claim Representative and Branch Claim Representative. Additionally, Candice completed a summer HR internship as Employee Relations Coordinator at Valleyfair Family Amusement Park in 2006 and served as a Foods Office Team Lead there in 2005. Candice holds a Bachelor's of Arts in International Business from Saint Xavier University.
