Samir Khandhar joined Arbonne as Vice President of Customer Experience in 2019, bringing nearly 15 years of customer and digital experience spanning MLM, beauty, and consumer goods brands. Samir is responsible for delivering high-quality, contextual experiences across all aspects of the customer journey to drive consultant success and client satisfaction. Samir is known for his ability to cultivate customer-centricity through deep understanding of customers, collaborative execution, and digital dexterity. Prior to joining Arbonne, Samir was an Associate Partner with Monitor Deloitte (strategy arm of Deloitte Consulting), successfully leading customer experience transformations across Fortune 1000 organizations to drive top-line growth and consumer loyalty. Previously, Samir held roles with Towers Watson and The Alexander Group, Inc., where he delivered sales and revenue management solutions to mid- and large-cap companies. Samir received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from University of California, Los Angeles, and his Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin, McCombs School of Business.
