Chrystal’s passion for driving outcomes through process and analytics guides her in empowering customers to design and implement registry programs that leverage the latest health informatics and quality measurement best practices.

Her extensive industry knowledge and experience meet the evolving needs of customers as they design their data strategy ensuring goal achievement and registry success. Chrystal has 20 years of experience in data registries and regulatory advocacy.

Prior to joining ArborMetrix, she served as the Associate Director of PCPI, National Quality Registry Network where she developed strategies to promote membership retention and organizational growth and educated policymakers on health informatics and quality measurement issues. She has previously held numerous roles for the American College of Surgeons including Data Analysis Coordinator, Data Analyst, and Data Operations Manager.

Chrystal holds an M.S. in Epidemiology from Michigan State University.
