Dick Slansky

Dick Slansky is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and product lifecycle management (PLM). Currently serving as the Senior Analyst and Director of PLM Research at ARC Advisory Group since October 1999, Slansky oversees PLM, engineering tools for plant design, and digital manufacturing activities, with a focus on the aerospace and defense, as well as automotive industries. Prior to joining ARC, Slansky worked at Boeing Company from September 1973 to June 1999 as a Senior Systems Analyst and Project Manager, specializing in large automated assembly systems and manufacturing engineering. Slansky holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Kansas, a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Anthropology from The Evergreen State College, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Seattle Pacific University.
