Jalisa Orasko

Jalisa Orasko is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in financial analysis, budgeting, and operations management. Currently serving as an Operations Finance Manager at ARC Health since August 2025, Jalisa is leading budget system implementation and preparation efforts. Previously, as a Senior Financial Analyst at Moen Incorporated, Jalisa managed financial modeling for new product development and collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success. Jalisa’s prior roles include Financial Coordinator at Akron Children's Hospital, where analytical support for business operations was provided, and Accountant at Akron General, responsible for the entire monthly closing process. Additional experience includes managing payroll at Summa Western Reserve Hospital and serving as an Accounting Associate at BCG & Company.
