Elias Mohamed

Elias Mohamed, PE, DBIA, currently serves as the Design-Build Project Director at Arcadis since November 2025. Prior to this role, Elias held various positions at TYLin, including Alternative Delivery Senior Project Sponsor and Senior Design-Build Project Manager, contributing to key projects such as the SH 99 Grand Parkway B-1 Segment 3 and the I-5 Managed Lanes pursuits. In addition, Elias served on the Planning Commission for the City of Doraville, Georgia, between March 2023 and December 2023, advising on zoning and land use matters. Elias earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University, following studies at Northern Virginia Community College.
