Sandra Bolder

Sandra Bolder has been working in Human Resources for over 20 years. Sandra started their career at Topshape Technology B.V. in 1999 as HR Manager. In 2002, they moved to TenneT where they were Head of HR Business Partners / Senior HR BP. Sandra then spent three years at AkzoNobel, first as Project Leader HR High Potential Programme and then as Global HR Business Partner. In 2012, Sandra joined DNV GL as Organizational Change Programme Manager, a position they held until 2019. Sandra is currently Director of HR, Arcadis Netherlands at Arcadis.

Sandra Bolder has a background in Human Resource Management and Change Management, with a Master of Business Administration from NCOI Business school. Sandra also has certification from KeyLearning in Performance Mindset, Karin de Galan School voor Training in Train the trainer, and MHFA Nederland in Mental Health First Aider.
