Alexey Kim

Alexey Kim, MSc, FCCA, CIA, CFE, currently serves as the Global Head of Forensic Services Coordination at ArcelorMittal since January 2024. Previously, Alexey held various leadership roles within the forensic services division at ArcelorMittal Dofasco from August 2018, overseeing operations across North and South America, Mexico, Brazil, and neighboring countries, as well as Canada, Asia, Africa, and the CIS. Alexey has a rich background at ArcelorMittal Poland and JSC ArcelorMittal Temirtau, focusing on forensic services across diverse regions, including Africa, Asia, the CIS, and Kazakhstan. Before joining ArcelorMittal, Alexey worked at KazMunayGas as Chief Auditor and Senior Internal Auditor, managing compliance audits and risk assessments. Alexey began a career in audit at KPMG Audit, gaining experience in financial statement audits under various reporting frameworks. Alexey holds a Master’s degree in Professional Accounting from the University of London (UCL) and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from KIMEP.
