Barbara Hajdas

Barbara Hajdas serves as the Head of Controlling and Cost Accounting at ArcelorMittal Warszawa since February 2025, managing the department and collaborating with the Financial Director on various financial programs and budgets. Previously, Barbara was the Executive Director of Business Controlling at ORLEN S.A. from March 2018 to July 2025, where responsibilities included developing financial and investment plans and overseeing financial ratios and cost control. Barbara also held the position of Deputy Director of the Capital Group Office at ORLEN S.A., and earlier, served in various roles at Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu S.A., culminating in the role of Deputy Director of the Financial Services Department. Barbara's educational background includes multiple qualifications in finance and accounting from prestigious institutions, highlighting a comprehensive expertise in financial management and controlling.
