James N. Chapman

James N. Chapman has served as a non-executive advisory director of SkyWorks Capital, LLC, an aviation and aerospace management consulting services company, since 2004. Mr. Chapman served as chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors from October 2016 until April 2020, at which time he assumed the role of lead independent director. Mr. Chapman joined the Company’s Board of Directors in October 2016. Public company directorships in the last five years: Tower International, Inc. (from October 2010 to October 2019), AerCap Holdings NV (from 2006 to May 2018) and Tembec Inc. (from 2008 to November 2017).
