Gene Neill

Gene Neill serves as the Organizational Effectiveness & Talent Development Lead at ADM since November 2024, bringing extensive experience in talent and leadership development from previous roles at Macy's and Move Your Hyde Power Yoga, where Gene is also a certified Yoga Instructor. At Macy's, Gene held various senior positions, including supporting culture and leadership development across all business functions and designing company-wide learning programs. Additional experience includes a role as an EAP Counselor Trainee at UC Health, focusing on mental health interventions, and serving as a Wellness Coordinator at Xavier University, where wellness programming for graduate students was developed and implemented. Gene holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Xavier University and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication, Leadership Studies, and Human Resources Management from Marietta College.
