Laura Nattress is an accomplished food scientist with extensive experience in ingredient evaluation and research. Currently serving as Principal Scientist for Ingredient Evaluation Research at ADM since July 2020, Laura previously held various positions at PepsiCo, including Principal Scientist and R&D Manager, from May 2008 to July 2020. Laura's career also includes roles at Cadbury Schweppes as a Sensory Scientist and at TIAX as a Senior Scientist in Food & Pharma. Furthermore, Laura has experience in nutrition counseling, having worked as a Nutrition Specialist focused on eating disorders at Swedish Medical Center and ran a private practice in nutrition from 1992 to 2000. Laura's academic background comprises a Ph.D. in Food Science from Penn State University, an MS in Nutrition with Dietetics Training from Washington State University, and a BA in Nutrition with a Chemistry Minor from Western Washington University.
