Michele Puga Sarubbi serves as the Head of Arco Institute at Arco Educação, leading efforts in implementing educational solutions focused on evaluation technology and socio-emotional skills for socially vulnerable students, impacting over 150,000 public school students in 2024. With experience as a research consultant at Instituto PROA and having been selected as a Chevening Scholar, Michele has developed strong leadership and networking skills in educational settings. Prior roles include Supervisor of the Education Sector at Fundação Estudar, where management and training of volunteer facilitators were key responsibilities, and participation in the Ensina Brasil Education Leadership Development Program, where innovative school revitalization projects were co-developed. Michele holds a Master of Arts in Social Justice and Education from IOE - UCL's Faculty of Education and Society, along with degrees in Environmental Engineering and pedagogical training in Physics.
