Yashashree Akadas

Yashashree Akadas is a dedicated People & Culture Specialist currently serving at ARCON and ANB Solutions Pvt. Ltd. since December 2023. Previously, Yashashree held the position of Senior Associate - People & Culture at Haptik from January 2020 to July 2023, where management of HR operations, employee relations, and performance management were key responsibilities. Yashashree also led initiatives to enhance employee engagement through proactive communication and feedback.
