Kate Anderson

Kate Anderson is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in sales, operations, and human resources across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales and Sales Operations at Arconic since September 2025, Kate has previously held leadership roles at Broan-NuTone, Holcim Building Envelope, Saint-Gobain, and AK Anderson Consulting. Notably, during a long tenure at Kimberly-Clark, Kate advanced through various positions, culminating as General Manager of Global Scientific and Safety, leading a diverse team and achieving significant growth in multiple regions. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Dayton and additional executive education from Harvard Business School.
