Additional experience includes serving as the Site Engineering Leader at Johnson & Johnson, where technical project finalization at the Val-de-Reuil site was emphasized. Heinzmann's extensive background in pharmaceutical operations includes roles as JJPS Site Deployment Lead and Senior Maintenance Manager at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies, along with earlier positions in engineering and project management at various organizations. A graduate of Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, Heinzmann holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Thermodynamics.
