Allison Soby

Allison Soby, MBA, PHR, currently serves as the VP of Operations & HR at Ardor Organic since October 2024. Prior experience includes roles at Wildtype, where Allison advanced from Senior Director to Director of People Operations between November 2022 and August 2024. At Clif Bar & Company, Allison held several positions from June 2018 to November 2022, culminating as HRIS & People Analytics Manager. Earlier career roles include Director of Operations at Hiball, Director of Operations & Human Resources at Equator Coffees & Teas, and various positions at streamlinevents, inc. and the Mission Bay Conference Center. Allison holds an MBA in Sustainable Enterprise from Dominican University of California and a B.S. in Sports/Entertainment/Event Management from Johnson & Wales University.
