Hania Baramki is the current Director of Area9 Lyceum MENA at Area9. Hania has over 20 years of experience in the commercial and financial sectors.

Hania started their career as a Senior Consultant at Capgemini in 2000. In this role, they were responsible for managing large-scale projects for clients in a variety of industries. After 5 years in this role, Hania transitioned to Bouygues, where they spent 2 years as a Project Manager for electro-mechanical and instrumentation works.

In 2007, Hania joined Cisco as the Regional Head for Middle-East and Africa & Russia CIS. In this role, they were responsible for driving sales across emerging markets and leading country transformations through flexible consumption models. After 10 years with Cisco, Hania transitioned to McGraw-Hill Education in April 2017, where they served as the Regional Commercial Director Middle-East and Africa. In this role, they were responsible for establishing strategic partnerships to provide innovative, adapted, and bespoke solutions to educational institutions and Ministries of Education in the region.

Hania has been with Area9 since September 2018 and currently serves as the Director of Area9 Lyceum MENA.

Hania Baramki is an electrical engineer who pursued an MBA at Weatherhead School of Management. Hania has also completed a certification in Sales Consultancy, Training, and Coaching from the Miller Heiman Group as well as a certification in Artificial Intelligence Strategy from MIT Sloan Executive Education.
