Julie Ott

Julie Ott is a seasoned compensation professional with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as Principal Compensation Analyst at Argonne National Laboratory since May 2020, where Julie has also held positions as Compensation Manager and Interim Compensation Manager. Prior to this, Julie worked at AdvocateAurora Health as a Compensation Consultant from October 2018 to May 2020 and at Advocate Health Care from August 2012 to October 2018 as a Senior Compensation Analyst. Julie's career began in 2000 at Advocate Health Care as a Recruitment Assistant and includes roles at Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital and Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Julie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Administration from Western Illinois University, earned between 1989 and 1993.
