Udayan Singh

Udayan Singh is an accomplished Energy Systems Life Cycle Analyst and Postdoctoral Fellow at Argonne National Laboratory since November 2021, with prior experience as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Northwestern University, where research focused on decarbonization strategies and non-CO2 mitigation in the unconventional gas sector. Udayan's academic background includes a PhD in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering from the University of Virginia and a BTech in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela. Research contributions span multiple projects, leading to five journal papers and eleven conference presentations, with notable work in evaluating negative emission technologies and energy grid resilience. Udayan has also served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, authored successful grant proposals, and completed internships and research assistant roles that contributed to advancements in climate change mitigation and environmental modeling.
