Natasha Amaral

Natasha Amaral is an experienced innovation manager and venture lead currently at ARK Venture Studio, where Natasha leads teams focused on addressing mental health needs for caregivers. As a founding member of FreeFlow Collective and a startup mentor at Startupbootcamp, Natasha provides expertise in experiment design and mentoring across various international programs. Prior experience includes serving as a field expert at Team Academy, teaching innovation and design, and over three years at oneUp as a client lead and innovation consultant. Natasha's tenure at ING involved coaching fintech venture teams and leading service design initiatives. Additional roles encompass freelance consulting for startups and corporate ventures, digital experiment design at Philips, customer development at MyOrder/Rabobank, and innovation consulting at Happen.com. Natasha holds degrees from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and Colégio de Aplicação/UERJ (CAp/UERJ).
