Tom Gaspard

Tom Gaspard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and operations planning. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Arkieva since January 2017, Tom previously worked as a Global S&OP Planner at Philips Lighting, where responsibilities included supply planning for Connected Luminaires. With a solid background at Philips Consumer Luminaires, Tom held various roles including Supply Chain Engineer and Statistical Forecast Analyst, contributing to MRP software implementation and inventory management across the EMEA region. Prior experience includes positions at trans-o-flex Belgium, Alcopa Car Distribution, NYK Logistics, and Mazda Motor Belux, where Tom developed expertise in customer service, logistics, and process improvement. Tom holds an A1 degree in Expeditie from Hogeschool Antwerpen and has foundational education from the University of Antwerp and Atheneum Berchem.
