Sian Maddrell

Sian Maddrell is currently the Regional Director at Ark, a position they have held since 2019. Prior to this, Sian served as Headteacher at The Grey Coat Hospital from 2011 to 2019 and was Senior Vice Principal at Pimlico Academy from 2008 to 2011. Sian began their career as an Assistant Headteacher at Acland Burghley School, where they worked from 2000 to 2008. Sian holds a BA Hons in French with English from Durham University, a PGCE in Modern Foreign Languages from the University of Oxford, and an NPQH from The Institute of Education, University of London.
