Malin Bendz

Malin Bendz serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for Europe and Marketing & Innovation at Arla Foods since September 2020, overseeing initiatives aligned with the company's vision of sustainability and health in the food sector. Prior to this role, Bendz held an extensive career at Stora Enso from April 2004 to January 2020, where leadership positions included Executive Vice President Human Resources (CHRO), Senior Vice President Human Resources for the Paper Division and Renewable Packaging, and Director of Business Development and Purchasing. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Executive MBA from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas (2006-2008) and ongoing studies at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
