Johan Gerrese

Johan Gerrese serves as Group General Counsel & Board Secretary at ARLANXEO since April 2016, and has held the position of Senior Legal Counsel at Aramco since November 2014. Previous roles include Senior Project Attorney at Noble Corporation, where a secondment to Baker Botts occurred, and various senior legal positions at Alcatel-Lucent, spanning regions such as EMEA and Asia Pacific. Johan's extensive legal experience includes serving as Vice President and General Counsel at Alcatel Shanghai Bell and holding the role of Assistant General Counsel at Enron. Johan’s legal career began as an Associate at Vinson and Elkins. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from The University of Texas School of Law and a Doctoral Degree in Law from Leiden University.
