Lily Knowles has over 15 years of experience in marketing. Lily has a proven track record in successfully launching products and services, as well as optimizing marketing and customer care operations. In their most recent role at NETGEAR, they were responsible for global marketing and customer care for Arlo Technologies during the spin out from Netgear. Within six months, they successfully completed the organization and system separation.

Lily Knowles has a passion for building strong relationships with customers and delivering an excellent customer experience. Lily has launched the Arlo Smart subscription service across key countries in North America, EMEA and APAC regions with an integrated customer journey.

Lily Knowles began their educational career by obtaining a Bachelors degree in Biochemistry from Azusa Pacific University. Lily then went on to obtain an MBA in Marketing and Information Technology from the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business.

They work with Julie Nash - Chief Information Officer, Tim Johnston - SVP of Product, and Vipul Doshi - SVP of Operations. Lily Knowles reports to Matthew McRae, CEO .
