Amber Hay is a legal professional with extensive experience in financial services and corporate law. Currently, Amber serves in the Financial Services Group at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP since November 2017. Previously, Amber held the position of Senior Attorney and Attorney in the Banking Regulation and Policy group at the Federal Reserve Board from February 2014 to November 2017, and also worked as a detailee with the Financial Services Committee of the U.S. House of Representatives in 2017. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate in the Corporate Law department at Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP from 2012 to 2014. Amber holds a Juris Doctor in Corporate Law from the University of Michigan Law School, completed graduate studies in Corporate Law at UCL, and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in African American Studies from the University of Michigan, following a high school diploma from Detroit Renaissance High School.
