Ana Varela

Ana Varela currently serves as the Coaching Program Manager at Arootah, beginning in February 2024. Previously, Ana worked at PIMCO as an Executive Assistant, providing support to six Executive Vice Presidents and managing the admin team Culture Committee. Prior experience includes roles at Top Tier Capital Partners as an Investment Team Executive Assistant, where responsibilities involved supporting managing directors and tracking investor communications, and at Kiva as a Program and Operations Coordinator, overseeing a portfolio of entrepreneurs and enhancing loan repayment rates. Ana has also held positions at AXA as a Team Assistant, at The Bar Association of San Francisco as a Coordinating Intern, and at the University of San Francisco as both an Office Assistant and Administrative Assistant. Ana holds a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from the University of San Francisco, with double minors in Legal Studies and Latin American Studies.
