Debalina Gupta

Debalina Gupta has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as a Research Project Trainee at BARC in 2008. Debalina then moved on to become an Assistant Professor at Calcutta Institute of Pharmaceutical Technology in 2009. In 2012, they took on the role of Quality Assurance Analyst at My City Way. In 2013, they became Quality Assurance Lead at Offerpop, where they tested functionality and reliability for advertisement campaigns on social media. In 2015, Debalina joined Xero as a Quality Assurance Manager, where they led a five-person QA team and collaborated with design and product teams on user studies, data collection, and A/B test development. Debalina also conducted story-telling workshops and improved their product communication and product alignment-creation skills. Currently, Debalina is a Quality Assurance Manager at Array, where their primary objective is to transition the business unit from relying on QA analysts for product quality management to developing a quality-first product development approach.
