Arnold Struik is a Dutch business executive and entrepreneur. Arnold is currently the Managing Partner of Netherlands at Artefact.

Struik has over 15 years of experience in management consulting. Arnold started their career at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) where they worked for 6 years, rising to the position of Principal and Project Leader. In 2012, they joined SparkOptimus as Managing Director and Partner. At SparkOptimus, Struik was responsible for leading the digital growth consultancy firm’s 70% compound annual growth rate (CAGR) in revenue over 5 years.

In addition to their work in management consulting, Struik is also a board member of Go Ahead Eagles, the most authentic Dutch professional football club. Arnold is also the founder and board member of Ahrend Hergebruik, a circular start-up, and the Marketing & Innovation Director of Royal Ahrend.

Arnold Struik began their educational career by obtaining a Master in Entrepreneurship from the University of Groningen. Arnold then went on to complete a PhD in Economics from the same school.
