Toni Ferwerda

Toni Ferwerda, AM, LSW, CDP currently serves as the Director of the Artis Way Experience at Artis Senior Living since October 2023. Toni has extensive experience in care management and social work, holding the position of Care Manager at Midwest Care Management Services, Inc. since March 2021. Prior roles include Special Care Unit Social Worker at Central Baptist Village, SHARE Network Assistant Research Analyst at UChicago Medicine, and Social Services Intern at Masonic Pathways. Toni began a career in dining services at Porter Hills, where service was provided from February 2014 to August 2016. Toni holds a Master of Arts in Social Work from the University of Chicago Crown Family School, obtained in 2019, and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Central Michigan University, completed in 2018.
