Dalton Becky is the Founder and Managing Partner of Artisanal Talent, a role held since January 2018, where Dalton leads the Go-To-Market practice and specializes in recruiting C-level executives in sales and marketing for innovative growth-stage tech companies in the B2B SaaS sector. Additionally, Dalton serves as a Venture Partner at Artisanal Ventures since January 2021 and was previously the Director at SPMB Executive Search from 2014 to 2018, working with notable clients such as DocuSign, Box, and Airbnb. Dalton began a career in sales at Oracle from 2012 to 2014. Dalton holds a BA in Economics and History from the University of Colorado Boulder.
