Alistair Tosh

Alistair Tosh is the current Chief Talent Officer at Aryzta. Alistair has held this position since February 2015. Prior to joining Aryzta, they were the Director of Executive Development at the Irish Management Institute from August 2006 to January 2015. Before that, they were a Training Manager at QED Training from January 2003 to December 2006. Alistair also worked as an Automation Advisor at Randox from August 2002 to August 2003 and as a Youth Development Officer at Ulster Rugby from September 2000 to August 2002.

Alistair Tosh completed a diploma in Strategic HRM from the Irish Management Institute. Alistair then went on to complete an MBA in Business from Ulster University. Finally, they completed a degree in Accountancy & Finance from Heriot-Watt University.

Their manager is Urs Jordi, Chairman & Interim CEO. They are on a team with Jason Senner - Chief Human Resources Officer, Tyson Yu - CEO, North America, and Tony Murphy - Chief People Officer.
