Anita Holdsworth

Anita Holdsworth is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality and technical services within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as General Manager - Quality & Technical Services and Group Head of Quality at Asahi Beverages since October 2020, Anita previously held the role of Plant Manager at the Cascade Brewery with Anheuser-Busch InBev from January 2017 to October 2020, overseeing strategic operations in beer and cider production. With a strong background in quality management, Anita has also contributed significantly to Carlton & United Breweries and McCain Foods, where responsibilities included leading quality initiatives across multiple plants and regions, mentoring emerging leaders, and driving quality and food safety best practices. Anita holds a Bachelor of Science in Genetics, Microbiology, and Biochemistry, along with an Honours degree from La Trobe University, and has completed postgraduate studies at the University of Melbourne.
