Mark Goldsmith

Mark Goldsmith is a seasoned professional in the brewing industry, currently serving as the Group Senior Manager of Raw Material Development at Asahi Beverages since June 2020. Prior to this role, Mark held a managerial position focused on brewing materials at Carlton and United Breweries from 2011 to June 2020, where responsibilities included strategy development for quality improvement and raw material approval. Mark also led value engineering initiatives and managed research and development projects related to key brewing ingredients. Mark holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Chemistry from RMIT University and a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Chemistry from Swinburne University of Technology.
