Robert MacKenzie

Robert MacKenzie is an experienced Cutover Manager with a strong background in managing complex system transitions across various industries. Currently serving as Cutover Manager at Asahi Beverages since August 2022, Robert previously held similar roles at Spotlight Retail Group and Saputo Inc., where responsibilities included planning and executing business ramp-up and ramp-down strategies during system deployments. With a foundational expertise as Business Cutover Lead at Saputo Inc. and a history of significant contributions at companies such as Bega Cheese Limited, RACV, and GWA Group Limited, Robert has developed a robust skill set in coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring seamless cutover processes. Robert holds a Master of Commerce in Strategic Management from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Cape Town.
