Jason's career began at Ductmate Industries, Inc., where roles included Manufacturing Manager and Lean Manufacturing Engineer, contributing to process improvements and lean culture implementation. Jason holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from PennWest California and an Associate's degree in Specialized Technology from the Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics.
