Mike Wong Chin Han

Mike Wong Chin Han is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in travel insurance claims and operational management. Currently serving as the Operations Manager for Travel Insurance Claims at Europ Assistance South East Asia since November 2023, Mike has been with Asia Assistance since October 2019, holding the position of Operations Manager for the Travel Business Unit. Prior roles include Manager of Corporate Solutions at MCIS Insurance Berhad and Manager of Operations at Asia Assistance Network (M) Sdn Bhd. Mike also has experience in event management and marketing, having worked as an Event Manager at Cruz Events Management Sdn Bhd and Marketing Manager at Cleargen Sdn Bhd, respectively. Early career experience includes roles in graphic design and customer service at CD-R HIGH TECH SDN BHD and KFC (B) Sdn Bhd. Mike holds a Diploma in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from Cosmopoint Institute of Information Technology, completed in 2001.
