Jeroen Aerts

Jeroen Aerts is an experienced professional with a strong background in engineering and project management. Since December 2015, Aerts has held various roles at ASML, including System Engineer Lifecycle Costs for High-NA EUV, Value Engineer for High-NA EUV, Project Lead for Industrialization, and Project Manager for EUV Profitability. Aerts participated in the ASML / High Tech XL Accelerator Program, contributing to the start-up Aircision while gaining hands-on testing experience at CERN. Previous experience includes a management trainee role at ORMIT Nederland, where Aerts developed leadership skills, and internships in technical management, business engineering, and construction planning. Aerts holds a graduate degree in Industrial Engineering & Innovation Sciences from Eindhoven University of Technology and has also studied at the National University of Singapore.
